    3. User Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate personal and payment details.
    • Follow local travel regulations and guidelines.

    4. Payment & Cancellation

    • Full payment is required for confirmation.
    • Cancellations made 48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund.

    5. Liability Disclaimer

    We are not responsible for delays, cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, or loss of personal belongings.

    These terms are governed by the laws of India.
